    • How do I get a username and password to access iLearn?

      You will be supplied with your username and a temporary password with your course welcome letter which will be despatched to you at least 2 weeks before the course starts.. 

      When you log-on to iLearn for the first time you will be asked to change the temporary password to a password of your choice.  When changing your password please take note of the onscreen information in respect of allowed password formats.

      You will keep the same username to access iLearn for all courses that you enrol and you can change your iLearn password whenever you wish.

      • I have forgotten my username to access iLearn

        Your username is usually your email address provided to the College. Please check your welcome letter.

        If you still cannot access your account, please call Learning Support on one of the numbers near the top of this screen.  The helpline is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.

        Alternatively, email epc-learningsupport@emergencyplanningcollege.com.  Please include your contact details in your email.

        • I have forgotten my password to access iLearn

          Click on the login link on the Home page and click on the link illustrated below.

          Follow the onscreen instructions and a temporary password will be emailed to the email address associated with your username.

          Alternatively, you can phone our Learning Support Officers and they can reset your password for you.

          • I have logged in but my course is not listed. What do I do?

            Contact Learning Support on any of the numbers at the top of this screen and they will get you set up.

            • Can I access iLearn on my Mac, iPad or Smart Phone?

              iLearn is, in essence, a secure website therefore you can access iLearn via a browser on a PC, smart phone or tablet.. 

              Please note that some of the resources within iLearn require support for Flash, video (FLVs) or Adobe Reader.  You will see on-screen messages if you try to access these type of resources and your computer is not able, or not setup, to display them.

              • Can I change my username?

                Although you can change your password you cannot change your username yourself.  If you would like your username changed, please contact Learning Support who can change your username and ensure that it is unique.

                • I have missed the deadline to hand in my Assignment. What do I do?

                  If you find that you cannot submit your Assignment because the closing date for submission has passed you should contact your tutor to discuss whether they are willing to accept a late submission.

                  • Can I see a layout of the Emergency Planning College rooms?

                    Click on the icon to see an interactive map.

                  • I am getting a message saying I need to install/upgrade Flash. What do I do?

                    Flash is a free product that you can install by accessing this link.

                    If you are using a PC or laptop at work you may need to contact your IT Support team to enable the installation to proceed.
